Chamomile/anthemis nobilis

Traditional Persian Medicine has historical use of chamomile as a digestive tonic as well, especially in people with diverticulosis.

Since mind power depends on a balanced digestive system, chamomile plays a great role.

Meadowsweet

Has been used in traditional Persian Medicine to keep the blood from clotting. It is called the natural “aspirin” without the side effects on the stomach.

It contains natural glycoside salicin which has very similar chemistry to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). Salicin also has the same antipyretic to aspirin.

Mugwort/artemesia vulgaris

Traditionally it has been used as a digestive bitter for general stomach upsets. It also was used for epilepsy and attention disorders.
