According to Persian (Eastern) Medicine, this condition may be caused by lack of: Clean air, clean water, clean food, vital foods and exercise -- as well as an over-consumption of: animal foods, alcohol, drugs (legal and non-legal), caffeine, and tobacco. Other considerations would be situations which can cause lower immune power, such as not living in harmony with your environment, negative thoughts and behavior. These precursors need not all be present in order for the condition to occur.
AVOID:
EAT INSTEAD: Green leafy vegetables Whole Grains (no wheat or wheat products), such as blue or red corn, teff, amaranth, spelt, Chinese red rice, brown rice, millet, quinoa Fresh vegetable juice (add celery, parsley and cucumber) Sea Salt (unrefined, non-oxidized) in small amounts Essential fatty acids, such as flax seed oil (unrefined, cold pressed, organic, refrigerated), Omega Nutritional Balance Oil on raw vegetables. Sprouts, such as sunflower, buckwheat, cabbages, beans, broccoli, garbanzo beans (chick pea) Legumes in place of meat, such as fresh soybeans, lentils (red & green), mung bean, chick pea, aduki Onions and garlic in moderation One half gallon of water, minimum, per day
