ACCORDING TO THE ANNUAL REPORT FROM " USDA" SINCE TH USE OF CHEMICAL PESTICIDES AND FERTILIZERS OUR SOILS NUTRITIONAL VALUE HAS LOWERED EVERY YEAR , INDUSTRIAL FARMING HAS POLLUTED OUR WATERS WITH WASTE MATTERS THAT CAUSE DISEASE ACCORDING TO THE "EPA " ELECTRONIC TOYS DISRUPTS THEIR FEILD OF ENERGY, THEY START ACTING LIKE THEY'RE LOSING THEIR MIND. TOO MUCH SUGAR IN THE BLOOD CAUSES FOGGY AND NON-FOCUSED THINKING ... UNHEALTHY SKIN AND HAIR AND SKIN CONDITIONS. THEY BECOME OUT OF CONTROL LIKE LITTLE MONKEYS, CLIMBING UP AND DOWN TREES ... OVER CONSUMPTION OF ANTIBIOTICS AND STEROIDS ... AT EARLY AGES CAUSES DEPRESSION, AS WELL AS SKIN ERUPTIONS SUCH AS ECZEMA , PSORIASIS, THRUSH, IRRITATION OF THE DIGESTIVE AND RECTAL AREAS, OCCASIONALLY EARS AND EYES ... WHAT CAN WE DO TO PROTECT OUR SWEET, INNOCENT TREASURES WHOM TRUST AND DEPEND ON US TO FEED THEM TO KEEP THEM HEALTHY? SINUS PROBLEMS, SOAR THROATS, FREQUENT COLD AND FLUS, BLADDER INFECTIONS ARE ALL SIGN OF IMPROPER AND POOR NUTRITION.
WHAT WE CAN DO TO HELP AND SUPPORT THEM: First step sufficient water intake daily , instead of soda and fruit juices, fresh fruit and vegetable extract, carrot juice , apple juice or blend fresh apple and lemon juice with a drop of rose water which works as a digestive tonic. FUN and FROZEN POPS Second step reward them with a fun game or educational movie instead of candy or ice cream, or freeze pureed fresh fruits such as strawberry and raspberry together, a 'Watermelon Freeze' is very popular in our house ... The Recipe: Blend 2 cups of fresh seedless watermelon with juice of 2 fresh lemons in a blender, pour in popsicle trays, freeze for 6 or longer hours. Allow your children have only one per day. DRINKS Recipe: blend 1 cup of soya milk with 1 tablespoon of carob powder (which is a fantastic replacement for chocolate without the harmful effects of chocolate, with high minerals, vitamins). A teaspoon of puree vanilla extract, or rosewater and a dash of ground cardamom seed powder. Bring to a slow boil, let cool down a little; serve them in a nice colorful glass with a mint leaf to make it more palatable. Decorating their food is more motivating to their eyes and the aroma helps their digestion work better. SNACKS Snacks or Finger Foods ( something they can grab quickly) ... Clean up some celery stocks, cut them up into 2 to 3 inches long , fill them up with almond and cashew butter, add some currents or dried cranberries to make it more nutritious and attractive. SEA VEGETABLES for HIGHER IMMUNE POWER Sea vegetables are extremely important to the support of their immune system -- instead of cream sauces or lots of margarine which is really hazardous to their health -- use a teaspoon of flax oil and a sprinkle of ground sesame seeds with dulse flakes (sea vegetable). This will enhance the energy of their mind and increase their immune power. Bake sweet potatoes (not too soft), cut them up, mix with organic ghee for children whom are under weight. Children that are overweight should only have flax oil on their meal (please do not heat oils, mix with food right before serving). Cook foods without oils and add at the end.

BROWN RICE IS A GREAT REPLACEMENT , WITH LOTS OF FIBER , B VITAMINS , PROTEIN , COMPLEX CARBOHYDRATES . THEY ARE OTHER GRAINS SUCH AS: QUINOA , MILLET , AMARRENTH , BUCKWHEAT ( SUPER GRAINS ) THEY WILL GIVE THEM SUPPORT FOR HIGHER IMMUNE POWER , AND HEALTHIER BODIES.
VEGETABLES IN PLACE OF STARCHY VEGETABLES , SERVE THEM CRUSHED VEGETABLES , SOAK ALMONDS, WALNUTS FOR 48 HOURS IN DRINKING WATER ( NOT WATER FROM THE FAUCET , BECAUSE OF HIGH ACIDITY CONTENT , MAKE THEIR BODY EXTREMELY ACID , ACID BODY CAUSED WEAKER IMMUNE POWER), REFRIGERATED IN A STEEL OR GLASS CONTAINER, STRAIN AFTER 48 HOURS , PLACE BACK IN REFRIGERATOR. YOU CAN USE THIS IN THEIR SALAD OR MAKE MILK OUT OF , THE PROCESS OF SOAKING BRINGS LIEF BACK TO FOOD , MAKES IT MORE DIGESTIBLE , SO THEY CAN CONSUME MORE , WITHOUT BEING GASIE OR CONSTIPATED. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO FEED SOME CHILDREN HEALTHY FOODS IF THEY WERE NOT FED PROPER FOODS FROM THE BEGINNING OF THEIR LIVES.
PREGNANT MOTHERS HAVE TO BE VERY ATTENTIVE TO THEIR NUTRITIONAL NEEDS. IF YOU CONSUME A DIET RICH IN HEALTHY SUPER FOODS YOUR CHILD WILL EAT THEM after they are born. You should continue nourishing yourself with a superior diet while lactating, as the child will naturally continue to benefit. Proper food implementation should continue as they grow. They are certainly not to blame for improper eating habits if they are continuously observing their parents drinking sodas, coffee, eating fast foods, chips and saucey canned foods. You and I are their role models. They only copy their parents and what they observe on TV, or read and see in published advertisements ... Do as you say ... Allow your children to see you eat properly from the first time they eat , see how it works for all of us ... Nutrition is the key to healthy body , mind and spirit ... Take them for a walk every night before bedtime , fresh air , allows them to sleep better. Do not have unhealthy snacks in the house ... If you cannot see, you will not be tempted.
